Strength Conditioning for Women - Muscles are your friends! Get your day started off right with this class that incorporates the benefits of cardio and strength building with the core and stabilization techniques of pilates.  You're sure to never get bored here because each class will be a new experience.

Kickboxing - Take your cardio to the next level with this boxing/martial arts style class. Kick, punch and move your way through. This is a full body workout strengthening all muscle groups while increasing cardio endurance.

Hip Hop - Dance the calories away with this high energy dance class. Shake it, move it and have fun with it.

Body Works - Using lighter weights with high repetitions to create a combination of strength training and cardio that works your whole body.

Fit To Teach - Teachers, get in shape to keep up with your class! A variety using weights, steps, bands, and other things to keep you from getting bored, to build your strength and endurance.

Vinyasa Yoga - This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

Butts-N-Guts - This is truly a kick butt program to tone and key in on the 2 areas that everyone wants to keep getting’ better!

D Mac Attack - This is strength and endurance at it’s best! Work all your muscle groups using weights, repetition and movement.

Flow Yoga - Flow yoga introduces increased movement and breath connection to basic yoga postures. Flow yoga is a full mind/body workout that is appropriate for people of all ages and skill levels. The consistent movement can benefit students who suffer from stiff joints and anyone else who struggles to hold poses for an extended period of time.

Zumba - Ditch the Party and join the workout! The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program.
